Do I need GoHighLevel to use this?
Yes. You need an active GoHighLevel account — the snapshot installs into it. Don't have one yet? Use our partner link for 2 free months and a 30% discount on the snapshot.
Do I have to set this up myself?
No — it's done-for-you. Our team installs the entire snapshot for you: 50+ workflows, 13 pipelines, 90+ tags, automations, templates, and forms. You then get 10 dedicated configuration hours to use any time within 15 days.
How long does installation take?
We install the full snapshot within 24 hours (business days, Mon–Fri). Orders placed over the weekend are completed the next business day.
What if my agency needs something this snapshot doesn't include?
The snapshot is refined and updated from real staffing-agency feedback. If something specific to your firm is missing, our team builds it during your 10 dedicated configuration hours — included free.
Are there any monthly fees besides the $997?
No. The $997 is a one-time payment for the snapshot, the done-for-you install, and your dedicated configuration hours. The only ongoing cost is your existing GoHighLevel subscription, paid directly to GHL.

Does this replace my ATS (Bullhorn / Loxo / JobAdder)?
No. It is the lead-capture, marketing, and automation layer that sits IN FRONT OF your ATS — it never replaces it. Candidate acquisition, instant response, nurture, interview scheduling, and re-engagement run in the snapshot, then hand off to the ATS you already use.
What is A2P 10DLC and why does it matter?
A2P 10DLC is the carrier registration required to send SMS from US business numbers at volume. Without it, texts get filtered as spam. We file it for free during onboarding.
Is this TCPA / EEOC / FCRA compliant?
Compliance is built in and configured before you go live: SMS consent capture, STOP-keyword handling, opt-out scrubbing, EEOC self-identification opt-in, and FCRA standalone disclosure — plus the free A2P 10DLC registration.
What's your refund policy?
All sales are final. Because everything is delivered digitally and accessible instantly after purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy — no refunds, returns, or exchanges once a snapshot, template, or automation has been delivered or accessed. The only exceptions are legitimate billing errors (duplicate charges or incorrect amounts) reported to [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction. Can multiple recruiters use the snapshot at once?
Yes — unlimited recruiters. No per-seat fees from us. GoHighLevel handles the seat licensing on their side.
