The starting point

The 90-day numbers

- Open-to-confirm: 23 min → 6 min. Foremen started calling this agency first because they knew the response would be faster than competitors.
- No-show rate: 18% → 7%. The combination of confirmation flow + day-of attendance alerts + no-show recovery cut the worst drift.
- Foreman NPS: 5.4 → 8.7. A leading indicator for retention and account-expansion.
What this didn’t change
- Pay rates and bill rates. The snapshot doesn’t change the unit economics. Margin per shift stayed the same.
- The 6 AM rush. It still exists — but the recruiters now manage it from a single inbox with SMS blasts instead of individual phone calls. Burnout reports declined within the first 30 days.
